At Belluxe, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. While we do not offer refunds once payment has been made, we are pleased to provide an exchange option under the following conditions:
15 days from the delivery date for orders within Nigeria
30 days from the delivery date for international orders
To qualify for an exchange, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and protective materials fully intact. We are unable to accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear, have been damaged, or altered in any way.
Please note: Personalized, engraved, custom-made items, and special orders are non-exchangeable.
